On April 10 the final result of Eniro’s oversubscribed rights issue was published. The summation shows that 295 080 169 shares, representing 97 percent of the rights issue was subscribed for with the exercise of subscription rights. Additionally, the company has received applications for subscription without subscription rights, corresponding to SEK 110 million, representing 24 percent of the total rights issue proceeds before transaction costs.
Eniro’s stock is listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm, and the company’s headquarters are located in Solna, outside Stockholm.
