Eniro is a Swedish public limited liability company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Governance of the Group is based on, for example, the Articles of Association, the Swedish Companies Act and the rules and regulations of Nasdaq Stockholm. Eniro has applied the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance since 2005.
