To provide the best possible start at Eniro, all new employees attend an introduction course. The first stage of the training focuses on providing you with a deeper insight into Eniro’s operations, its products and services as well as its organizational structure and corporate culture.
This is followed up by a tailor-made introduction to the specific role and its areas of responsibility. The introduction is based on each individual’s specific experience and needs.
Eniro also arranges a number of ongoing special events of a more social nature that assist new employees in getting to know their colleagues and facilitate the creation of an in-house contact network at Eniro.
